I ended up going by myself to see the band I liked (Better On The Drums) in Oil City yesterday. The meeting with the female singer Klee felt momentous for some reason to me.

We had a different kind of morning this morning. The electric went off at 3am. I was actually awake reading when it happened - during one of my middle of the night wakeful periods. Good Friday. I can remember as a kid spending a lot of the day on Good Friday imagining the terrible things that Jesus went through. Trying to feel sad and solemn.

Right now it's raining but we had some sunshine this morning so I took a quick walk around the back yard with Rainy and the little full spectrum camera and the IR Chrome filter. I think, the more I use it that that is my favorite of all the filters and if I was to invest in a better, bigger infrared or full spectrum camera I'd get one with that ( Read more... )

Jan and I did end up walking at Hasson Heights. There was a bit of snow on the ground and it was chilly. She showed me her old childhood home over the hill from the park and we had lunch at The Villa afterwards. Some pictures: ( HERE... )
